The true test of customer service is what happens when something goes wrong, we had an issue (as you may reasonably expect buying 2nd hand), Asif and the team got it sorted quickly and professionally. The bloke at Carmotion Blackburn was good as gold, he was very fair, when I had a few minor faults with the car he was very good at going about fixing them, he sent the car to the best place for the job and didn't charge me a penny, he was almost too nice, if it was me I'd of probably told me to get lost! The people at Carmotion Blackburn could not have done enough to help facilitate the purchase of a car for the most difficult person there is to ever sell a car to. I openly admit I am a nightmare customer. With this in mind, I have to commend the sales person here for his patience and for the frank conversations he was having with me when I was deciding which car to decide between. The other car was slightly cheaper, elsewhere but I felt with the attention given to me at Carmotion, I would not regret my decision to purchase from here. So far so good and loving my new car.
