I recently bought a car off CarmotionBlackburn. After my initial enquiry, they promptly provided me with a video of a walk around the car and pointed out anything I needed to know. The car was just as described when I viewed it, and I felt under no pressure to buy. They were honest and transparent, and everything they said they would do was done promptly. I would definitely buy from Carmotion Blackburn in the future.

Relatively easy purchase. The car I was interested in had a fairly in depth description and numerous photos available to view on their website. When I enquired, a video was sent to me via whatsapp. Made the decision to visit the dealership. Was met with a friendly team. Left to my own devices to inspect and test the drive. Agreed a deal and came back to collect the car the next day.Couple of weeks on, the car is driving well and no issues.I think they are worth a visit if a car is there that is to someone's liking. Highly receommend.

Horrendous to try and get hold of after purchase. Good vehicle but once it's left the premises they'll have nothing at all to do with you. As others have said here, buy at your own risk

Called in to Carmotion having been let down on another car last week. The A Class was I bought was well presented and looked in great condition for the age. All the service history was neatly presented and I was able to take the car on an extended test drive. Everything has gone smoothly and am super happy with my purchase

Bought porsche boxster from these guys.Had several issues with it within the 1st 2 weeks including gearbox issues.Was told 1 months warrantyThat's not worth the paper it's written on.Also waiting for a stereo as the 1 in car was broken and I highlighted at time of buying.They can talk the talk but don't be fooled with warranty.I have phoned on several occasions to no avail and also messaged on their web page but only ever had 1 response,to which I was told they would send links for me to choose a stereo from.Has you can guess the 1 month warranty as now ended with nothing done about any of the issues with car..buyers beware

Booked a viewing in advance, turned up and the car which was described as immaculate was covered in stone chips and smoked like a train on startup. The car had numerous mechanical issues and the communication with the dealership throughout the whole experience was poor.

Haven't had the best experience. Bought the car at the end of March and has just been a pain. In the first couple of weeks ended up with an oil leak and burning oil from the car I purchased. Then more problems arose such as hoses splitting/breaking resulting in me so far spending around £600 in the first month and a half of ownership. Did contact the dealer and did arrange to have it collected but the first time they said that their van had broken down and rearranged a second time. The second time though it wasn't picked up and haven't given me an exact reason as to why it wasn't picked up and now cannot get hold of them as they aren't answering my calls. the car is unrepairable as I've had another garage look at it and repairs could range from £1200 - £4000 to have the car back to running and to be able to pass an MOT so now having to get rid of the car as I cannot afford this. Highly recommend avoiding them unless you want to go through the pain of trying to contact them and end up losing your money as a result.
